before sending in your payment. Ask them questions about your purchase to make
sure you know what you are getting.

Make sure you have read, understand,
and agree to all the terms of use and the deal such as shipping costs,
insurance and delivery dates.

Do not send payments to a post office box or
mail drop. Research a little and find out where your money is going. Make sure
the seller can give you a physical address of their location.
